Why Grend?
As parents of young children, we have missed the opportunity to live very close to nature with all the facilities. Often the alternative has been to rent a cabin or to check into a hotel to use two hotel rooms.
A cabin trip is always cozy, but with other couples of friends with children it is also nice to be able to retreat to your own area. We therefore found that by starting Grend, we could create the opportunity to live as we want as a family with young children, without compromising on either facilities or proximity to nature.
At Grend, you can rent a cabin that provides an unrivaled closeness to nature, while the children have their own room and the baby call reaches the neighboring cabin if there are several families on the trip.
The result of over 2 years of planning is step 1 in Bø in the summer of 2023 - next door to Bø Sommarland and in untouched nature.
Here you will find a unique and modern Grend that offers an experience of living in the middle of nature, while at the same time you have access to all the necessary facilities. We have started from our own experiences and wishes as parents of young children, and have created a perfect base for the family holiday.
Our goal is to give you and your family the ultimate cabin experience, where you can relax and enjoy nature, while having all the comforts within easy reach. All the cabins are modern, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
